creativity is the mind's playful interaction with any stimuli it is given. if it is exposed to engaging stimuli with encouragement and direction, the possibilities can be endless, either positive or negative. hm... recognizing this makes me realize i need to start paying way more attention to what my mind engages with...lol

sooo, i got tagged! i don't know how to do the whole link to other blogs thing (if anyone can teach me that would be great tho!)...but here are my 7 weird/random things anyway. god i hope i can come up with 7, lol.....

1. i am an expert level hugger. i think i may have been a spidermonkey in a previous life.

2.  yes, i am a petite person. but it's actually a pet peeve of mine to encounter commentary about it. trust me, you are not the first person to refer to me as "pocket-sized" or point out that i'm "such a tiny little thing." i try to be graceful about it most of the time, but consider yourself warned: bring up my eating habits at your own risk.

3. i talk to monkey and josie (my cats) as if they have complete comprehension of what i'm saying. i know it sounds crazy, but sometimes i really think they do--especially when they say something back. now whether they choose to listen to me or not is entirely another story. stupid teenagers!

4. i fear almost all bugs and spiders to the point of irrationality. i don't care if you think that thing is cute, get it the hell away from me. NOW.

5. penguins are hands down my favorite animals. i would LOVE the chance to meet an emperor penguin in person--they're my favorites:)

6. i cannot tolerate violent/painful/torture/scary/bloody/etc type moviesor tv shows. my tolerance is even less now than it was when i was younger. lately, i'll throw up if i see too much. at this point, even if i don't physically see it, if i can hear it, i'll still get nauseous.

7. i love the smell of gasoline. and yes, i know that's weird.
