aw, santa pillow....:)

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for April 10, 2007:
my favorite toy i actually still have to this day...i liked toys, but i was big into pillows as a child. y'know, you could curl up with them, sleep on them, etc. anyway, so there was this pillow that was a blown up cartoon picture of santa claus' face, and on the back it was red and said merry christmas in big cursive writing. he was always super soft. as it turns out the reason for this is that he was filled with pantyhose! (i found this out one fateful day when he tore from ear to ear..this required MAJOR surgery from my mother's sewing basket ) as bizarre a stuffing choice as it is, he's still the most comfortable pillow in my house. although, maybe i'm still playing favorites... ;) --laura.
