*at least in america* i'd get rid of that whole mandatory naps stop in kindergarten rule. every adult always told me to enjoy it when i was young, but i never wanted to sleep. boy were they right!!! i would love to still get a nap every day!

I wish I had 3 naps breaks at my work … sometimes things get so draining  … you just want to tune out and go somewhere else.

childhoods can be fun, they can be painful.

As we get older everything just speeds up and we aren't allowed to take a break when we need it. When we're young and full of energy we're forced to sit at a desk, memorize details, take breaks on someone else's time schedule for 12 years of our school life whether we need them or not, and play is considered frivolous. Hmm.

Seems like we've gotten everything backwards! Or turned inside out. What ever it is, it's not comfortable!
